Wonderful geometric abstraction,Mark. The light fragments are dominant but there is enough dark pieces to give it all form.

I love the colour and therefore wanted to throw myself in, but thought better of it when I saw the sharp edges!

Mark, this is about the coolest thing I've seen in some time. Love the concept and the closer I look the more it appears that you're Cold War Spy reflection is staring back at me. Maybe this Cosmic Mirror was merely a clever ruse to infiltrate our homes.

perhaps not broken rather fragmented (as a group of one design) no two alike. Each original from one source Rather than broken mirror; reflection of the one source from original light

Love the lavender colors in all this, the cries of the anguished, especially the bottom two, and a reminder of some of the horror movies I've seen, where the dead, having died a terrible death and trapped in purgatory, make themselves known by creating pulsating facial impressions in the wall. That said, a stellar piece of abstract, Mark.

The colour is delicious, and the delicate sharp edges are so artfully arranged...I can see you moving them a millimeter or two in various directions, trying to find "THE" perfect placement. You did it, it's a harmoniously entropic whole, very pleasing indeed!

A mirror is always a challenge!! It reflects the Self in daily life. Your image it is about a special mirror--a cosmic mirror---which links our outer world with our inner world. Surely it will mirror many selves in the several pieces, due it is broken or fragmented, however, there is not a chaotic vision, on the contrary -- to me, the two halves polarizes and shows us what we see in the world which we call ''reality'', as a reflection of all that we carry inside ourselves.. bringing to the surface everything that is opposed by its opposite --- and it is as if the 'mirror' is everywhere around us. And is like if the soul looks into itself and suddenly, all these pieces become a whole field of souls in a journey for an 'unseen awaken'. Your image Mark, has a deep concept, very introspective and it is visually very attractive. I love your choice of the tones of purple and in the whole image spreads a magic light ! Excellent, once more:)

My first impression was that of a king-size Amethyst geode, cut in half and this is the view you get - looking into the centre of it ... and it reminds me of visiting the Crystal Castle, Shambala Gardens here in OZ- last year- at Mullumbimby (Northern Rivers Region of New South Wales) Amethyst stones meaning is: 'Peace' ... ;))) BB :: Around 10 million years ago in the South of Brazil, an Amethyst cave began life as an enormous bubble in a volcanic lava flow. The forest of of crystals inside was formed by the intense heat and pressure of the eruption. The glorious deep purple hue, characteristic of Amethyst, was determined by the presence of a minuscule amount of iron in the molten mass ::

The result has a majestic mood, and sees as volatile as a violet perfume, a touch about everything.
