Description
More messing around with postwork.
This really was whited out:
Rather than tone it down, I went 'with' it and made this...
(Local zoo, after a blizzard)
I couldn't comment today, as I had so much work.
But I'll return on the weekend.
A fine weekend to you all, and my many thanks for your presence---it's a great blessing.
Be well,
Mark

I'd walk a mile for a camel, but this is really stretching it. Is that dude for real? I recognize the color and texture of the ungulate, but then everything gets bizarre. Is it of the dromedary species? In any case, the image is interesting in its composition and high key effects. Hard to imagine a camel in the snow….like a fish out of water. Sorry I can't be more uplifting in this analysis.

Mark, this is a truly amazing presentation that caught my eye instantly. The postwork on this one seems to enhance it in so many wonderful ways, almost bringing out the details even more. The whited out effect gives it the appearance of being on an alien planet rather than a snowy setting.

Inspired! I'm impressed by this bold idea.

I love it, the whiteness and the bizarre fact of a camel in snow, and your delicate postwork above all!

oh man, this poor guy!! I'm guessing he's at a zoo, or are there really camels and cows wandering around Chicago streets??

LOL! I had to stare a while, before I could see what was up and down in this beautiful shot, but I do like the fur so warm and the refreshing snow, as long as it isnt here :-D You do have a way with postwork, we dont see anywere else. I Love that :)
