A Rose For Mary prose by Carol Cavalaris
Credits: Once again I am paying tribute to the old masters, with this rose named after master artist, Peter Paul Rubens, who is famous for his paintings of voluptuous Rubenesque females. Inside this Rubens rose is a painting of Mary Magdalene, from Rubens 'The Deposition', painted in 1602. This luscious Rubens Rose is from Brigitte's Garden in France. Created in Photoshop, using photo references and painting techniques. Special thanks to Brigitte for the use of her lovely rose.
