Description
These hideous creatures are said to smell worst than their beasts of burden. They always carry a pot for cooking animals, elves or humans - it makes no difference to them!
NarieFah was trying to make sense of what she was seeing. This group seemed intent on making a surprise attack on the Elven lands.
"But why are they so far north," she wondered?. "I can make a dash for home until I find an Elven Guard unit to warn, but what if I am in the middle of a large formation I could stumble into more orcs. I need to travel cautiously and that means slowly." NarieFah was distressed, she would normally have a good picture of the situation around her and she liked being the cat in the dangerous cat and mouse game she played with the enemy.
NarieFah didn't know the roles were reversed this time and she had become the mouse. For these orcs had heard of her discovery and they were here to snatch the prize.
"I must at least get back to the tower, " she thought. "there was a rock of honor there and I can seek guidance from my ancestors."
NarieFah decided to risk it and made a dash for the tower.
Scene setup and rendered in Octane Render 2.16, Figure setup in DS4, Postwork in Photoshop CC. Originally I had written very little for this scene, but based on comments I developed the story a little more and I really like how it filled in some gaps - I very much appreciate your comments and kind words. I hope my friends will enjoy this new chapter in the Fallen Tower series. Thank you very much for viewing and for previous comments and favs - I enjoy reading the comments!!! That is very good. I really appreciate the terrain. I'm not sure that I can do the same. I suppose that you sculpt the terrain and apply the different props (trees, rocks, grass) using a duplication script.

Hi jpiat Yes, Octane has a scattering node that will duplicate and place objects. I use a program called Phantom Scatter generate the populations. Thank you for your comment.
