Captured back on 2/10/09, at a local park.
What I thought at first was a narrow horizontal sun flare is actually a contrail.

That tree has a marvelous shape to it; seems like the leaves are starting to come back on it, and I'll bet in full greenery it's a great shade tree. Well spotted, Harry, and you got a great POV to show off the lovely lines!

Interesting tree, it has no small twigs/branches. Looks like the leaves are starting to re-emerge too. I think it would make for a creepy looking tree in a Halloween shot! Excellent nonetheless.

Mrs Ratbag has an intresting view of' tree of intresting shape'.. Its been hacked to bits.. It won't have much shade for at least a year, maybe two.. That aside, a great view of that contrail passing through the glare of the sun, not seen that before.. ;Rob P.S. Sorry, I am not knocking your shots just mans idea of 'nice!'.
