Description
I think this will illustrate best of all what my Photoshop Action can do. On the left is an example of normal hand drawn and inked comics...Ultimate Fantastic Four excerpt. On the right, two examples using my PS action. One with just the PS Action applied, the second with a color balance adjustment. I think it does the job nicely.
