I took this a few weeks ago. I was sitting in a nice, warm car... thanks for looking and comments. I hope to be around more, soon.

Great shot! It takes a special kind of dedication (or crazy) to sit out there fishing like that. When I took ice fishing photos I did get out of the car, but it wasn't snowing... and I ran right back inside ;)

lol Mike (it's no joke: somedays, when ice fishing, people get not much more than chunks of ice...) I don't know where this is...but it's definitely not the tropics...A really moody saturated shot of a true winter day---saturated not via color, but saturated in mood: Deep falling snow, total grays, total whites, and a couple of lone fishermen/women sitting on the lonely ice, dressed to the gills. You got the real sense of flat ice, deep expanse, and near non-visibility. A real winter image. Quite evocative, Barb, fine work.
