A great pic of one of my favourite sorts of habitat.

You've made it look like a landscape on another planet with the exception of Eligh's presence.

Breathtaking view to say the least. Great shot of the mountains, fallen debris and your grandson viewing his surroundings.

Superb POV, I love the little wiggly wave etchings in the sand, and the green glow on the seaweed on the rocks. Wonderful shot!

like i said, I'm only doing 2 per gallery today, as I have to preserve my arm. But it's really hard to do two of what you've been posting. So I kind of threw a dart, and just chose. This is electrifying, because of the deep yellows and greens of the rocks/boulders in the foreground. And because of the deep opening of the foreground (the way it opens from midground, and spills-out for us). Or because of the contrast of those yellow-brown hues in the bottom half with those deep blues in the back, all against the pink tinged painterly sky. The striated sand forms are beautiful too (I assume the result of water-movement over time). And the composition of the left wall of mountain is a fine contrast to the open "wilderness" of the right. Also, Eligh is perfect there---your recent shots have had a number of people in them, very small and giving the shots a human-focal point; but, though they can seem swallowed by the immensity around them, they feel actually intimate. Eligh feels that way here. There's a line of light from the sky through the water, and it has a lot of motion throughout. A scintillating piece, Claude, to match the many others in this bunch. This is a beautiful image of nature, and Eligh is wonderful in its midst. (Oh, and happy birthday, 2 days ago! Many, many more, by all means!)

I live the contrast between the sharp foreground and the slow, soft almost time-lapse sky. Excellent work :)

A beautiful beach scene for Eligh to explore!
