I'm a hobbyist who spends his days mostly staring at spreadsheets and really needs the artistic break that digital art provides. I've been dabbling for years but only really started to take my hobby seriously around 2013 when I started participating in some online contests, getting feedback and actually trying to grow a bit as an artist. Please check out my gallery or my images on DeviantArt - I'd love any constructive criticism and feedback.
Thanks,
Mark

Looks very good indeed. I know exactly what you mean about the teeth.

Very well done - both the lighting, expressions, and camera angle!

I'll be brutally honest. First off, I think your modeling and composition are great. Honestly EVERYTHING is great. BUT your human does not look terrified. He looks rather calm. If I may, I suggest that the eyes either be "squintier" or more wide open. Still It's great work. You're right about teeth. Tough to capture.

Thank you - I appreciate the feedback. I'll take the compliment on the composition, but I can't claim to have modeled anything in this image; this was before I really started modeling things myself and uses almost all pre-made content (although I did spend a fair amount of time changing textures both before the render and in post-work). I had a problem with the expression on this one - opening the eyes wider sold the terror a little more but also made it look too cartoony for my tastes, a problem I find in a lot of 3D so I tried to keep it more subtle. Maybe it didn't quite work. It's a learning process. :)
