wow Harry, of all the fence-knot shots you've posted, this has to be the most upbeat and bright. That's no diss on the others---you know how much I've loved the whole series---but the others, if I recall, were of darker hues, more powerful convolutions, somehow more 'serious'. This one is like a new born, a spring chicken: The light is dancing, and the folds on top are positively shining. Lovely patterns too---this one has 4 knots, and they're well spaced out. Along with the amoebic creature (denise), I also see a human form, one that Picasso would've liked. (2 human forms, actually, with muscles, torso, joints, etc.) Wonderful, a real eye popper. Lovely work!

Interesting idea for the photo. Considerable amount of knots there too. I don't know about you, but I always seem to find a spot where there's still sap emitting from the wood.
