Description

This would be my favourite sort of afternoon by the water, a gentle breeze slowly growing stronger, a distant rumbling getting closer... just the thing to sit at the window and watch from the safety of your little chateau by the sea. I'm having a play with Dawn by Hivewire3D. Finally. I do have to admit: she's got a lot of potential. I'm slowly converting my collection of Victoria4's dynamic clothing to fit her (in Blender). Quite enjoyable, really. The velvet material on the Dawn-fitted SAV Golden Lady dress is from KobaltKween's "Essential Materials" collection. Nanette Tredoux made the shoes, and Netherworks hair-conversion system allowed me to use LittleFox's Violet Hair. Skin shader is my own, creation of which was facilitated by Bagginbill's matmatic. Yes, I still use that a lot. Be interested to know who else does!

You absolutely, positively need to zoom in on this one. The contrast of sunlight and stormy skies makes for beautiful and (in some places) subtle light play. I just love the feel of this piece. I can hear the thunder booming in the distance. I find the composition striking as well, with a great use of a strong diagonal. Just a lovely piece!

What a beautiful serene atmosphere, Robin! You've pieced together that lovely quiet evening that calls for a sweet reflection of some sort. The soft murmurs of the waves below and the gentle whispers of the leaves above her--- so endearing and beguiling!
