Description

It's been a long time, but here's Page 15 - finally! Between being extremely busy, and all the (latest) issues here at Rendo - and many other things, it's taken longer to get this done than I had anticipated. I'm hoping to move things along a little faster, Part of the delay was due to getting used to working in Blacksmith 3D. I've had it for a while, but just never got around to doing anything serious until now. I wanted to create a new bad guy for the story - I've actually had him in mind for a long time. I just didn't know quite what I wanted to have him look like. I finally settled on a look for him. So, can you guess who I used as the base for this guy? LOL I'm going to keep this fairly short tonight, and start work on the next page, and a couple other projects. I picked up a special issue of 'ImagineFX' magazine last week, and am going to be trying out some new techniques from tutorials in the magazine. I'm trying to stay caught up on comments, but my ebots are coming a day late, and only once a day, now. I've been back and forth on the Community Forum, but lately no one seems to have the time - or just doesn't give a damn - to look into my insignificant little problems. Maybe I'll just drop my Prime Membership, and get my 3D goodies elsewhere... We'll see what happens this week.. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week, and as always, THANK YOU for dropping by, and for all your comments, support and encouragement. I'd have been gone a long time ago if it wasn't for my friends here! Additional Credits: Ranpha, Rico, and Trish by Dan (Diemamker) - thanks, buddy, for letting your lovely ladies come over and play! Sam by Mike (Mrestery) - Anyone heard from him lately? Backgrounds rendered in Vue 10 by me. Edmund Snowzem morphs by me, done in Blacksmith 3D Demarra by Ray (SidheRoseGraphics) available @ YUR Sonya morph by Alex (ZanderXL) in Freestuff

Awesome Page!!!!... I can't wait to see more!!!! Now I'm wondering who's research he stole.. while at the foundation!!... and what connection does our cute little miss R would have with the likes of him... Oh man, now I'm going to be going crazy waiting to find out!!... nicely done!!! I know what you're saying about what's going on with Rendo... but my systems have been working all right for now. hope they solve it soon. Just loved that Snowzem character... he came out great!... and that program Blacksmith 3D. was it easy to use... I was thinking of getting it myself.. Awesome page bro, can't wait to the next one.. have a good one!!

I really wish I had more time to spend here, I'm so far behind on your work it's ridiculous. Love what you're doing, and I get the feeling you have fun doing it, which is the best part. Bravo!

Indeed, it is fun coming up with the ideas, and then bringing them to life through CG. Very zen - kinda like stacking rocks.... LOL

This is AWESOME! All the details on the multiple monitors, the natural poses and expressions and fabulous scenery, I can imagine it taking a long time to complete. The new villain looks great and I can't wait to see the hissy fit Ranpha throws when she sees him. Don't get in too much of a hurry to leave Rendo. The problem may be with the servers in the MidWest. Our older daughter lives in Illinois and on occasion it takes hours sometimes a full day for an email she sends to reach us. Ray says there is a way to look at the identifier on the incoming email to see the origin of the server (I am not a computer wise person so I'm not getting the lingo correct). You might be able to narrow down where the slow spot is and report it.

Great work! All those monitors with their own unique screens, and then they change from panel to panel. That is a lot of work and attention to detail. Got your own drone in one of them I see. Snowzem guy looks great, very real, no guessing who that is. You've already learned a lot in Blacksmith. I really like the Dru Goth character, she looks like a Lolita, little girl pigtails but a very sex womanly demeanor and look. Of course all the scenes are incredibly rich in detail and dialogue and you never fail to up the ante in intrigue. I'm leaving for a month in Greece and Turkey on the weekend so I will not be commenting for a while on your works.

Just be damn careful in that part of the world, Roxy - especially towards Turkey... Lots of lunatics running around there (not that there's any shortage of them here..). Have a safe journey, and I know you'll have plenty of awesome photos to share. Looking forward to it!

it's amazing to me how you just keep improving all the time. You're older stuff was so good, a lot of people would have stopped learning something new and said, "oh this is good enough now." But you keep going! The results are really paying off. This is outstanding work.

RodS

6:42PM | Tue, 28 April 2015

Thanks, Tara! I've always said "the day I stop wanting to learn new stuff is the day they'll bury me." So much to learn, so much to play with, so little time....... sigh

If yu pack any more detail and stuff into these comix mate, they will burst! lol Glorious stuff and I love looking for goodies like that Darlek.. As for Rendo, I to mentioned the ability to buy product (often better) elsewhere and they stopped mailing me!! I think that spells how much they give a damn.. I still get only half the number of comments and e-bots I used to (maybe that's coz folks have left! I don't blame them.. I mean, whats the point in posting if no one sees it! Thus, starting my shutterfly site again.. I'll post more and more often there (I hope others will pick up on it..) Thanks for checking i by the way! Rob

This is great Rod. Love that name, Edmund Snowzem! LOL! I guess he's gonna see a lot of snow in Russia for a while. I'm guessing he might and old, ahem, acquaintance of Ranpha. Exciting stuff now that we see the guy, behind the guy. But who might be behind him!? Keep us guessing and awesome art work. I certainly understand the time that goes into this. You do great scenes and you do not leave any details out.
