[Continues an intermittent series of renders loosely based on Stephen Hunt's Jackelian series of novels. Except for a few references, the series is not directly from the novels, but the images might evoke some characters and some events.] This is a view from below of the Purity Queen submerging. The commodore and Rose are just visible in the viewports. The night sea is lit by the moon on the surface and by the u-boat's lights below. I think this view is better than the previous surface image. The Purity Queen is my Privateer, outfitted with the DAZ lion and wolmol Wild Boar figureheads, and lit with its internal and search lights. The commodore is Thomas, dialed up to add some weight, M4 Beard Plus, and Jai Hair, all from DAZ, and the Marlon Brando cap from Vanishing Point. His outfit is from ADH3D's American Revolution Soldiers and the sword from the US Cavalry Pack. Rose is Rose Raven with Samantha hair (RDNA), wearing the Lady Blaze hat (DAZ) and the Southern Steam outfit. The sea is the Poser Ocean and the wakes, which I think could use more manipulation than I've done here, are from IN Wavecutter. The sky coloring the sea is based on two of Flink's skies. The bubble trails are from the V4 Scuba Pack (DAZ). I've added several cavorting DAZ dolphins for interest. The render was post-processed with Photoshop and Corel PhotoPaint with Ron's Splash brushes and L'amico Perry Luce.
