Grand interpretation of what Chicago would experience in the face of a destructive element, apocryphal or otherwise, as viewed through special visual glasses, or some kind of false color instrumentation, such as what astronomers employ to study planets and moons in various colors, hues and tints, Mark.

Such a lovely collage of colors and mood, with your human touch. It shows your love for the beauty and diversity of your city.

This looks like a dream...One of my many strange dreams, where I am wandering around in a big city and never come to the place I want to go. I go into houses but cannot find the right door out again. Up staircases the lead to nowhere. Streets up and streets down..... OK OK Il stop now... People would think I am crazy. ;-D Only you know I am :P Dont tell them :) But still, I do love this Image for the light, the moon the details in all. Superbly Done :-)))

Oooooh! I love what you did here! It makes such perfect sense in so many ways; it really is a city image in that there's an exciting overlay to everything one comes across, especially in a city that's alive and full of...well...for lack of a better term, stuff. I love the way the colors are shifted, the dark sky with the bright ground: it implies a perfect logic to a dream-like world, and I can't help but feel connections to some of the things I've read, as well as some of the music I've listened to. As it so happens, I'm listening to "London Calling," one of the tracks from the soundtrack to "Star Trek: Into Darkness." It's the only example of piano music to ever appear on a Star Trek soundtrack, and it's quite a haunting, enchantingly-gorgeous melody, until the orchestra reveals the bad-guy things that happened during that particular scene in the movie. I don't get bad-guy vibes from this shot, so the end of that piece of music is just a bit of left field stuff going on. But that piano (I think it's on youtube, but I won't burden you with links that will probably start playing ads before the actual music plays. So anyway, I absolutely adore this image; I find the cool colors to be really soothing, but not in the way one would expect from cooler colors. The blocks of color add a nice, crystalline quality to this image, and again, it's an unexpected sort of thing, as crystals (despite their beauty) are inorganic; this has an organic feeling to it, definitely like something breathing and feeling its way around, and simply being. That's what I really love about this. Playing with images is such fun, and I don't doubt that this was fun to create. It's fun to look at and explore. Multiple times.

Some nights are just life that; a bit strange, with weird lights and kinda scary shadows. You really show that in this image, and it's another great one!!

I've been through your recent gallery tonight, and thoroughly enjoyed myself! I wish I could sit longer with each image, and comment on everything. Your gallery is SO worthy of the time! This one caught my eye because of the gorgeous, soft colors and the way the shapes play with each other. It's brilliant work. I just wanted you to know I'd been here ... Hugs from the rain! :)

An impressive combination which something as ethereal and something airy carries, as would float all in one large room (space). In particular, the softness, as well as the soft colors make this a very interesting picture. Fascinating, too, to keep looking at longer.

Two for the price of one. Send this one along to MoMA too. Can you tell TK and I have been talking a lot about museums we want to visit in New York?
