Description
Just a Photoshop fantasy.
It's way long, so much better zoomed (it's meant to be like an aerial view, scrolled as you move along...)
Hope you enjoy...
Thanks, everyone, and I wish you a fine night!
Mark

Ok, so this is how I imagine that Geordie in Star Trek would see with those spiffy glasses he wears...all cubic and full of multiple layers upon layers upon layers and whole different planes of existence all at once. Spectacular immersion art in zoom!

Beautiful abstract interpretation of the concept. It seems you are particularly fascinated by the appearance of lights in the city rather than the city itself. The see through the eyes of a child who sees the Christmas tree with little lights on, with surprise and wonder.

full screen does this more justice. I really dig the spectrum of colors and forms

I feel like I just took a long walk in your city! This is so cool, the colors are gorgeous, jewel like, and you really get a sense of urban life!!

SO much more beautiful and much less noisy than the real thing. No drunks, no flashing lights, no sirens and no smell of vomit!

Mark, this presentation really caught me offguard in that it is such an original idea. I love this aerial view of the city at night, and the colorful, psychedelic appearance you created.

Immersion art? What's that? This is how the city would look as seen at night through special infrared, ultraviolet, and/or heaven only knows what other high tech instrumentation is available on the visual scene. Then again, perhaps how a computer circuit board would appear viewed under black light. In any case, stellar cloud-like effects in all colors on this variety of panels. And your work as seen under zoom conditions is humbling.

WOW it is beautiful. It makes me think about a flooded city, where people are still having festival with light and colors, no matter what. This looks just a bit more controled :-) Could be a symbol of hope and resilience, with the motto "Life must goe on". An optimistic piece of art, dear Mark. Love it :) And of course, full size is a must.

To me you have transformed the city into a gallery of individual pictures, all framed in neon lights. Each picture tells a different story. So interesting.

Just a big "Ahhhh" (hear a deep tone of appreciation) to say how much I enjoyed this both zoomed and scrolled! Maybe MoMA would hang this in one of their galleries.
