Description

This is my good friend & traveling companion Allen walking down an old street in Arles. My wife's claustrophobia has gotten worse over the years, to the point that she's unwilling to get into an airplane & she's also prone to vertigo, so ship travel is out of the question. We take trips by car to locations within a few days drive of where we live & I enjoy those, but any overseas travel I do will be with friends like Allen. I very much enjoyed traveling with him through France on this trip & we have another trip planned for this fall - a river cruise from Budapest to Prague (his brother & sister-in-law will be traveling with us too)...

Fantastic shot of your friend walking under the amazing arch between the gorgeous buildings. How nice to have such a loyal friend and travelling companion. So happy your wife can still enjoy travelling close to home, there is a lot of beautiful sites, sounds and smells that we often miss because we take them for granted. So often we that to the visitors, and travellers ! P.S. Really looking forward to seeing the pics. from your next planned trip !
