Description
Having sailed up the River Mersey line astern, the 3 Queens ( Elizabeth, Victoria and Queen Mary 2 ) performed a syncronized about turn and lined up side by side for a fly past by the Red Arrows. The only thing missing was a bit of sunshine ( but it was a Bank Holiday weekend so no surprise really :-) The culmination of a great week, a few days in Stamford with Rob and then he travelled up to stay with us for a few days to witness this great event. It's taken it's toll on me, but not as bad as I'd feared it may....a few days with my feet up and then on to the next chapter....
