You might spot me at Kirra Beach, the South-Eastern end of the Gold Coast, Australia, if you like beach walking like myself... but there is more ! My son Jeff (*jif3d*, here at Rendo, it helps to advertise, ooops)... he took this pic of me in 2000, then manipulated it in photo-shop and it's still one of my favourites. Just very briefly about my past... *born in East Prussia; *grew up in Berlin, West Germany; *migrated to "OZ" in 1960, (not the Wizard of Oz) but...AUSTRALIA ! I guess I was more into '2D' since early childhood, and thinking that my son Jeff may have inherited some of my artistic skills, because he translated them into '3D'. I am hooked on photography, since I discovered cameras... that's it in a nutshell. BTW - one of my fav.quotes.... ** I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure - which is trying to please everybody !** that's a wrap... Cheers Brigitte.

ROCK ON MUM !!! So it is really a small world after all ! LOL , thanks to Tony the drummer's doxie, it was really great to catch up with Paul again and talk about the past and all things music. A real blast from the past in more ways than one and a super collage of rock pix to boot ! ~Cheers~

And, my dearest, at the end I found your fantastic and very cool series here!!! Aim I glad for Coco who knew it must go for searching you both 'old friends', what an experience this happened to you, I'm such glad for you, dear friends. I think the guitar-player on the left is a lookalike from Jeff, hehe! In a way I'm a little jealous of Coco, would that be wonderful to once appear in your garden too??!!! "surprise" I would scream, and then I go helping you two with the hard work (thinking of my condition !!!??? LOL) So good you both had that unexpected reunion, WOW!

As I mentioned, I never got the ebot for this when you posted it, so I wasn't able to comment at the time. Then I had medical tests and am only now coming back to comment. So first, thank you for including me with the people you thanked here---I'm in great company! But, for my part, it's your amazing work and inner eye that deserves the thanks, and if you start posting again, even at a leisurely pace, it'll be a great return for all of us who love your work. As for the story and the pics: Great story! Filled with great connections and serendipity. That you knew one of the members of the band, and were led to another...great story. And you had a reunion afterwards...even better. As for the pics, you got the entire milieu of rock concerts---there's no other type of concert on earth---and the intense playing mixed with the very relaxed appearance of the musicians, mixed with the mix of dress (with an obvious 70s theme---tie-dyed!), and that rock concert lighting, and the action and hair flying, and the intense gazes (I love the drummer's gaze), and so on. (Did I cover everything, lol?) A terrific bunch of shots, put together into a sequence of real rock energy, all unified by your saturated yellow framing (that zig-zag up and down the shots). Wonderfully energetic and joyous, a really affirmative upload. And thanks for including me with Jacomina and Jeff, and of course the musicians. And btw, I heard "Come on Baby, Light My Fire" in a dive in Manhattan, surrounded by more drugs than I care to remember (and I don't mean 'aspirin', lol): I mean, they were in the stratosphere, in the hallways, on the street---and more cockroaches too (a real Lower Manhattan "welcome"), and low lighting and a lot of "far out, mannnn"s...brings back amazing memories. Wonderful upload, Brigitte.
