Description
The entrance to the beautiful Center situated in the beautiful Cerritos Towne Center, captured 5/26/12 @ 11:45 am, in beautiful Cerritos, California.
Taking a break from my many nature shots to display some of the innumerable photos I've taken of beautiful artificial edifices, languishing near forgotten in my countless files.
Have a nice day.

Wow, that's a beautiful building! The flags remind me of the entry to Disneyland. It's a lovely design, with the glass and tiles; bet it's quite pretty when lit at night. Excellent capture, Harry!

The series on this building is fascinating for the immense variety in this center. And I assume capturing it is a photographer's challenge as well as carnival. It seems wherever you step, you hit a different configuration. This one shows the real variety from higher to lower structure, but also the huge variety in facade detail: I mean, I've not seen more variety in facades in a center, in years. You have two tower-like structures here---the front-right tower (with light on top)---and the further-back one---the one in all glass, with a metal inner structure. You composed this so both show themselves, and stand out. And the center structure seems to be the theater, and it looks like it; and---another strong composition choice---you have its entrance dead center in the image, anchoring the image. Strong composition of a most fascinating place.
