Description
Captured, hell-bent for leather with sirens wailing, 6/2/15 @ 7:45 am, at an intersection not far from home.
Sorry about the composition, but it was going faster than my shutter finger, and I had no time to change shutter settings before it came by.
Ciao.

Rescue underway! Great action shot, despite losing the nose of the truck; it just makes it look even faster. Excellent work!

Normally, people might say it was a good shot, but marred by the slight blur to the truck. But this baby has magic! I don't know how you did it, but the clarity of the background---esp those signs---mixed with the gentle blur of the truck make for a terrific juxtaposition, almost as if you'd Photoshopped the truck into an otherwise clear scene. (I know you didn't, of course.) The truck is blurred, but softly so: I'd have expected more motion blur, but this is a quieter surface blur. And I love the 3 signs: Loans, Jewelry, and San Antonio. What a combination! With the San Antonio in pure blue, next to the red of the truck. (Primary colors.) And enough space and angle in front to take us into the shot. I love this blur shot: a real visual jarring juxtaposition. And so clear in front too.

I was going to say they must have been really moving, as this was uncharacteristically off center for you. Splendid attempt nonetheless.

That one sure is in a big hurry.. Just caught it.. If you like Christopher Lee mate, check out 'The Wicker Man (his best and fave role), and Rasputin, and Hammer film.. Both great acting master-classes. Rob
