Description
Captured back on 10/19/08, at a car show held at beautiful Santa Anita Park in beautiful Arcadia, California.
Denise should like the running board, those wheels are obviously not the originals, and note the topiary in the background.
The reason I'm posting so many Fords isn't because I'm biased toward the make or the manufacturer, it's because most of the vehicles at this show were Fords. I've been to auto shows where most of the vehicles were Chevrolets or Volkswagens. Go figure.
Have a nice Fourth of July aftermath.

Fantastic car and photo !!!!

Excellent capture and the care Is a fantastic model, but I dont think they should paint it that color. It would have looked wonderful in either black or very dark wine red :)

Harry, this really is an amazing capture and one of my dad's favorite cars of all time.

Nice restoration here. I like the more classic "non- souped up" version here. Nice shot, Harry.

A lovely classic, lovingly polished and smoothly elegant. Excellent shot, Harry!

the simplicity of this model a bit austere, no reason to suppose that in the 30s, the Art in different forms, including automobiles, was the essential link of all activities then !!!

No need to worry about posting so many, I would post post more but Rendo charge (or they used to).. I won't pay for Vendor site.. But, have to say love the colour of this one, different for sure. (By the way, got a great Lockheed aircraft shot for you at Legends this year..) Rob
