Description

in juicy jelly. I've lost track of the numbers now, but this is the smallest and the greediest Tiggywinkle of the lot! I got the little dish for food and water from Poundland...guess how much? I saw a young toad in the garden last night; he was walking around quite unconcerned about Merlin being about., which was nice as the hedgehogs take no notice either. Merlin wouldn't hurt a fly anyway..

Hedgehogs are not everyone's cup of tea, as I have learnt. But I think they are beautiful and the world needs more people like you to spoil and take care of these lovely wee prickly people. Beautiful image!

So cute! You are lucky to have this connection to the natural world but....whether you know it or not you are now a grandmother. I used to feed the skunks that came by my place. One day a pregnant female dug a burrow under my patio and in a short time the little ones came out to play. What a privilege it was.
