Description
They keep on coming - will it ever stop?
Still yet another Ford roadster of that particular year, captured back on 10/19/08, at a car show held in beautiful Santa Anita Park in beautiful Arcadia, California.
This one painted a dignified black.

Very cool, My brother has an all original 29 hardtop. Its a blast riding around in it. The smell of gas and oil being ever present during the ride.

I'm trying to do more non-car shots today, since I did so many car shots previously, but it's impossible to avoid your recent explosion of eye popping car shots, so I gave in. This is another eye popping shot of yet another old beauty. And you have a near optical illusion in this one: The right hood is standing straight up, and the reflection produces the sense that the car is actually in two pieces, and the reflected part is one of them. It looks as if the picture suddenly stopped and another photo took over...Plus the reflections in this car are captured with great clarity; as is the deep black, and contrast with the grill, lights, hood, etc.
In the 2d shot, we see more of that optical illusion, though it's better explained here. And you have the line of the roof in harmony with the blue canopy behind it, the line of the trees, and the lines of other objects in the background. The side grill is beautiful in your light, and the left back wheel shines in that diamond-like flare. A beautiful closer shot, with lots of vectors and plays of reflection across that beautiful black surface. Fine job on a very complex sight---it would be a difficult sight for me to get a handle on, but you're totally at home with these shots.
