a disclaimer that all had to sign before beating the car! I had to ad my war hammer to the scene to give it some oomph!

I like the warhammer! LOL Well, my guess is with so many folks just eager to sign up and wack away that there is risk of flying debris, misaimmed swings, and general getting-carried-away, that could result in someone being carried away via injury, hence the need for a waiver. Personally, I am partial to C-4. :)
