I think the crest relief and the balcony were built around 1745, the City Hall is much older.

I have visited Bamberg many years ago... That's what we can call a baroque balcony...very baroque!

Wonderfully exhuberant sculpture and great capture, i've visited Bamberg at least 3x and it's one of my favourite Geman cities. Planning another visit at the end of this year!
