pegasus has been the subject of so much 'tired' art, I can barely look at him anymore...but you've made him a prancing child, playing in the cloudy mists the way a child would play in water. Perhaps that's 'earth' instead of water, but either way, he's having fun...he's on his "time off" (from being a major classical myth), and he's playing as if he'd never been famous a day in his life. I love the grainy almost smokey earth or cloud beneath him. And I love the free strokes on his wings, and in his torso. And his flying hair is a delight too. Wonderful work.
