Description

Before taking the series of photos for the pano (and before the Ranger showed up... LOL), I "parked" the Inspire against the clouds as a backdrop and got a few shots with the Canon. Now, there's some prop blur for ya! :-D Hmmmmmm..... You know, she looks a little naked. All that white space on her nose just begs for some nose art. I'll have to look into that..... :-D Thanks for dropping by, and for all your comments! Have a great weekend!

Beautiful photo with the sky as backdrop. Nice prop blur (should please Rob and Neil). What's this thing about a Ranger? Are the local gestapo harassing you? I didn't like reading it! Maybe inspiration for another adventure into stomping dumb politicos? Am patiently awaiting nose art (one of your TNA gals? Or the maw of a gattling gun to scare off Rangers?) Keep up the good work! :-)

I hope you are being responsible about your drone usage, Rod. Here in California, while fighting wildfires, several of our firefighting aircraft were put in jeopardy by some very irresponsible drone owners!!! It only takes a few A- - Holes to give a bad rap to the community, if you know what I mean. By the way, your images are incredible. :-)

Yeah, I read about those idiots. I mean how much common sense does it take? After all, how do they commonly fight wildfires - by dropping water/retardant from airplanes and helicopters. Common sense tells you (or it should). "Gee, maybe I'd better not try and fly my drone over there by that fire..." But then, almost every day you read about some idiot flying a drone at 1500 feet in the landing pattern of an airport. Morons. All it's going to take is one incident to screw things up for those of us who fly responsibly, and try to convince the general population that this new technology is something good.

Very cool picture!! Yes, I have heard about the problems that various fire brigades that have had problems working well and efficiently with SOME of these drones. But others are used by news outlets or rag-mags that went to get the most awesome shot!!! I say bully go you! These are people, that clearly want privacy!!!!! Not more much else to say!

Nose art is a terrific idea! I'd love to see you hand paint something. Your drawing skills are so amazing, and people here don't know how incredibly talented you are! (They think they do, but they don't have the whole story.) :P
