Two prominent front teeth look responsible for the " engraving ". Is it bugs bunny's sharpening stone! It does smell of carrots or is that my tea cooking?

Blue shrooms? Huh? The two teeth marks on the left, two close together and the pattern continuing towards the right makes me think of a mouse chewing on something but I don't know what.
