Description
This work was born out of some skin testing. I used Michael 4, done in DazStudio, rendered with Iray and with quite some amount of postwork.

Thank you very much. I used just 2 photometric spot lights. One straight from the left with 50000 lumen and a rim light with 5000 lumen :)
