Description

Since they have sunk every penny into their new home, no date has been set for the wedding of Gabriel and Heather. They are currently saving up for it. Since I was in the neighborhood I decided to give them their wedding gifts early. I could have brought a toaster or glassware or something else clichéd but I thought, “what can I give them that no one else can give them?’ So I brought them a wall sized enlargement of an image from my visit to Monument Valley last year “Navajo Sunrise” which can be seen here: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/navajo-sunrise/2593053/ Since I’ve always considered Gabriel a bit of a bobblehead and since Heather was engaged to become Mrs. Bobblehead my second gift is seen on this page. As expected, Heather loved the picture and Gabriel loved the bobblehead.

Love this story-telling presentation complete with illustrations. How in the world did you do the bobbleheads? Your Navaho Sunrise is superb!!

Hi Bill, I took the picture of the two of them and separated them in Photoshop. I then sent the pictures to an outfit called AllBobbleHeads.com, filled out a form with hair and skin and eye color and they did the rest. They have a selection of figures to choose from and I chose the wedding couple. I have one of me with a camera. One of these days I'll get around to changing my avatar.

That's an uncanny resemblance of the two Mark and I really like your other pics here too.

You asked me a question on my last post to which I replied :- Hi Mark, I went into the field and there were other farm workers there so I asked them for permission to take photos and they promptly asked me if I would like to have a ride. How lucky was that !!!
