Description
I wanted to do something that was quick to set up, but really showed the eyes of a character. This was also to push the limit on how close I could make something with the texture I picked and still look reasonably lifelike.

I think your experiment succeeded. The extreme closeup shows off the eye reflections very well.

You nailed it. The bump/displacement on the textures makes her pores visible and quite realistic.
