Working more with using Photoshop touch up for color and luminosity. It seems like adding a little channel mixing layer really allows you to bring the skin tones in a bit. I also experimented with colored lights. You can't really tell from the image, but the key light is red and pointed to her face, and the fill is cyan and pointed to the side of her head (hair) this had an effect of bringing out the skin tone, and brightening up the hair with out effecting the color of the image too much (since cyan and red blend to white). The other lights in the scene is a rim light pointed at her back with her head turned it spills a little to her face, this is what is causing the highlight on the left cheek, and a tiny bit of IBL.
