Description
A compressed nitrogen tank, that is.
Captured back on 5/10/11, early morning, near a utility box on a sidewalk about a mile from home.
Most ZOOM worthy.

Fascinating contrivance on this regulator; I can't figure out how the lock works to secure it. And I can't tell what gas it is, but from the colour of the tank I think perhaps nitrogen. What its purpose is and why it's out there in public where it could be interfered with I don't know, trust you to find these inexplicable installations, Harry! Great capture, and now I'm full of questions.
