What a wonderful outer-space image. I really like the lighting effects you've made and the beam of light after the spaceship. My only suggestion would be to find another texture for the spaceships... everything else is superb!

Also, a little more detail on how you did it. The ship components I recognize as DOGA parts; how did you do the ringed world? Is it just an image file? Come on, cough it up! ;')

Thanks for all your comments. Spaceship is modeled on DoGA-L1, surface color and bump of it is Vue4's procedual texture. Planet's Ring is Boolean object. Its contains a positive sphere(outer rim,z size is near zero) and a negative sphere(inner rim).Texture of Ring (also of the Planet's body) is Vue4's procedual texture. Mapping mode is object spherical, function is fractal or noize(smooth), functional scales of color, bump or transparency are; x and y is relative big(ex. 20), and z is relative small(ex. 0.1). I'm not good at english writing, sorry..(^_^;) If you have interest about me, please visit my web sight ; http://www.geocities.co.jp/Technopolis/3592/
