a turbine farm near Barstow,CA which was the largest in the USA, but there is one in Texas that dwarfs it. however in India there is the largest in the world and they have the largest at sea turbine farm

Great shot of this turbine farm, Richard! We saw a bunch of these at a distance after we left Sioux Falls going west on 90. If we'd had time, I'd have tried to find a place to get a drone in the air for some shots of them.

I've seen lately a reportage about the green revolution in Texas. More and more farmers install windmills. It's good for the planet ! Nice shot of this turbine farm

Even our Kansas prairies have the now, although not as large. The cattle don't seem to mind.

Even near my tiny little town there are two farms within short driving distance. Horrid things ruining the landscape. But you got a good shot of this one. The largest I saw was somewhere around Abilene if that's the large one you mentioned.
