Description
Sorry I had to load this twice---I'm still not used to RR's new formats.
I've done almost no fractals, and this was from a few years ago. I kinda liked the craziness of it, so I uploaded it. (I lost my original text, but it was crazy anyway, so...)
Still commenting, and I'll get to you all!
Have a good Saturday

I would never have guessed fractal, not that I know so much about them; it seems so much more like a work created from a photo of something in nature, Andrea's call of "rock pool" hits right on the mark for me. Beautiful imagery, and I'm so glad to see you posting again!

Amazing shapes, colors and intricate details.
Awesome fractal presentation, well done.

I love the complexity and the colors - this is wonderful, Mark!
You've got me remembering how long it's been since I did any playing with MB or Apo... I've gotta fix that! :-D

WOW ! You got a fantastic 3D result here. I love the moon craters, you made. I loved that program Xaos (I think) Unfortunately it doesnt seem to work in win10, 64bit. I had forgotten about it and tried to reinstall it today, but it wont work. The apophysics works ok. but I never really got into it. I hope to see more of this from you, Mark, as I think you can get wonders out of it. This is brilliant :-)

nice depth and colors in this. it looks like a view of a cool park from above. I see swimming holes, trees, flowers and vines. this is super cool fractal work!

Hi my friend, what a great surprise to explore your fractal, and admire it. I see already represented the colors that fit exactly to my first impression of this colorful work. That is, I see cobwebs, very much, and exactly such a selection could be made by a very creative spin. All his fabrics and threads are exposed to the sun, hence this beautiful color selection. I think this is too crazy, in the sense that I really am impressed. Thank you for once again placing your fractal-fantasy. If you please, I would like to see more of your fractal art, Mark.

I didn't know you did Fractal. In any case, a marvelous rendition, Mark, with oodles of color, texture and veining, of what appears to be foliage growing on the surface of a swampy moon, perhaps Titan, with its methane atmosphere, or maybe one of Jupiter's many satellites.

this is absolutely gorgeous! I had no idea you had done any fractal work. The thing that strikes me the most is how like your digital paintings this is. The colors, the orbs of light, the abstract flow. this would be a wonderful basis for one of your many-paneled pieces. I can't get over the 3-D feeling of those craters. This is really amazing work. I saw this when you put it up, but didn't have time to comment, and then forgot it was here! It came back to me, somehow, and I was reminded to return. i'm glad I did… There is so much to see here, and there was more when I came back. Fantastic!
