gazongas! A whoosh of a shot...Mies is an organist, it's fitting she'd see the organ back there. (And yes, that's definitely a set of organ pipes.) You caught the real 'nexuses' of this architecture, and you shot one of them here. Those "groins" in the ceiling just converge in a whoosh. A dramatic low angle, a sweep into the ceiling, a baroque sweep of lines, with lights and decorations...and the stage up front. Very dramatic, Claude, and another knockout capture from you, with eye-saturating lighting. A wonderful, dizzying vision of a concert hall...

I would stare at that ceiling as long as the house lights were up, and wait impatiently for intermission to see more. The paintings are simple and elegant, which I love, and the carving and the curves are beautiful. What a fabulous room!
