well done.

a dark mournful image, you used the back of that home (a courtyard) very effectively, Ute, creating a place of reflection and mourning. There's light at the top, which is hopeful, even while the courtyard is drenched in mourning and loss. Composed very well, to create a feeling of stopping after the carnage, and finally soaking in all that's happened. And the woman looks like she's coming off a wheelchair...poignantly done. You always use backgrounds effectively; and this one speaks of loss, mourning and fatigue---which is what we should feel after these repeated attacks. A moving tribute to the victims of that horrific Paris massacre.

Die Frage ist berechtigt, Politiker können doch nur große Sprüche klopfen und dann ist nichts dahinter. Das Bild hast du wieder super hingekriegt, es drückt die Stimmung perfekt aus.

Heart wrenching. I agree fully with anahata.c analysis. I'm afraid it may be too late for the politicians to wake up. The so called "refugee crisis" has overwhelmed us, and taken us all by surprise. And why are 85% "refugees" young men and only 15% women and children? The whole world is having problems with muslims flowing over into other countries (ie - Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea, etc...). In my town, the bureaucrats have decided behind the politicians backs to turn the Folkets Park into a "refugee" processing and camp site - 100 meters from my door. They feel so good about their "generosity". From what I've seen of riots, rapes and murders in south Europe, I fear the worst right outside my home. Excellent image! Keep up thwe good work! :-)

Excellent work, Ute. There are many questions and no answers. I am sad and upset. Politicians...where are they?

Your image speaks for us all, Ute. What more is it going to take for our so-called "leaders" to wake up and rise up against this disease? We are at war - plain and simple. "Limited" strikes and raids are going to do little to nothing to stop these psychotic animals. This needs to be prosecuted as if it were a global conflict - which in reality it is. There are no nations on this planet that have not been touched by this evil. It's time for us to put aside out petty differences and speak as one that this kind of outrage will not be tolerated any longer.

Your message speaks to the truth so many realize. At other times in history we have turned away when there should have been a call to action. We paid the price later. This is one of those times and we must respond with overwhelming will and force. The time for world unity is now and this includes putting aside our narrow view of others we might otherwise distrust. It was once said "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." Lets open the gates of hell on this cancer and give it not one small hole left for it to crawl into.

Gut gemacht!

A sad and moving image, not sure if the politicians will manage to change anything and this behaviour makes it harder to trust any Muslim, good or bad.
Well done & ~Cheers~
