Description

In Solidarity I wrestled with making an appropriate image for such a shocking world changing event. Here is my other effort.

ditto the above...images are so hard for these events, there really isn't anything we can do in one image to touch the hugeness of these massacres...but your furling tapestry (ala claude---a native Parisian) is beautiful, esp as it's the French flag turning this pastoral flower field into a heartful sea of caring and embrace. I see your postwork, which makes it even more into a quilt or silk. And it's like the flag is showing the beautiful French countryside in its furls. Beautiful, Andrea, our hearts go out to your neighboring country-people, and let's hope that the maddened carnage will finally stop.
