Description
Construction rainwater run-off has been eliminated, channeled through a network of filtration before entering local streams.

Cool shot of the construction area. I find construction sites rather fascinating at times.

Behind that last retaining wall is a sheer drop off, a ravine separating an apartment complex from new construction on this side.
I expect that during a future time ... the valley will have/is turned into a "drainage system", perhaps to a "processing" station, then unceremoniously dribbled into dead and dying rivers, as populations overwhelm our land's ability to recover.
It will certainly cure problems like my uncle's still, further down the chain, that was dynamited by revenuers back in the late 40's and early 50's :)
