Description

This tree is directly across the street from my house. I've been admiring it's bounty of autumn leaves for a while & finally decided to take a picture of it a few days ago. The ratio of leaves on the tree to leaves on the ground has gradually been diminishing & today there are very few left on the tree & an abundance piled on the ground... Please zoom.

another of your splendid images, Claude. The deep bright yellows on top are a wonderful 'top' to your photo, and the deep reds behind, and browner-yellows below are fine contrast. As is the wonderful fence and its hues, and the tree trunk textures and hues. Such fine contrasts here, even the higher branches of your tree are done beautifully. A perfect crop---a truly beautiful portrait of a tree in late fall. Terrific job.

(we were immersed in the Palace Gardens and Prague, and all of a sudden---boom! We're back at your home, lol. I got jet lag from the trip! And they lost my luggage...one could say "you get around"...)
