Yes we are the caretakers of the planet and we are not doing our job. In this country we have politicians that are owned by big oil that refuse to do anything but stall and deflect the reality of a changing climate. I hope we come to the realization that we must replace them with people who know and care about what is happening to our Mother Earth. If we do not, then our children's children will pay the price. Excellent thought and render.
