fisheye effects (or lenses) can be very 'effect-y', but this one suits the city and the shot perfectly. With your clarity, and the pronounced dark on the ground compared with the mid-lit sky, you have a magical scene, with the ground lights as a kind of wonderland---which is, I assume, how people want Las Vegas to look. The curve is just right, and it's composed perfectly.
