Description

Now in the Nationale 7 store a wonderfully detailed model of the 58 Chevy Impala by Eric and Alain. This is a great companion to the 55 Oldsmobile also in the store, this one also has moving parts and the ability to add any 2 tone colour you please. I also added the wheel rims from the N7 Wheels bundle in the store. I'd like to dedicate this image to Alain, Eric and Danielle who have kept me going with their generosity and kindness in what is a very difficult time for me. Thank you my dear friends. Mike.

Absolutely beautiful, Mike. I had one in high school but it was the Biscayne (two tail lights on each side, not three). The body was more gun metal blue-grey in color. It was a piece of crap, just general transportation. Yours is superb. 😃

Thanks Dave, I'd have that piece of crap any day of the week. I'm guessing the Biscayne was the base model, we once had a base model Ford Fiesta and that meant no headrests, radio, rear wash/wipe and a 950.cc motor. We toured France in it though :-)

I agree and as I was saying to Alain the 58 was at a disadvantage after the 55-57 models. I always like the 55 best, as much as I like the 57 the 55 looked more subtle.

Incredible detail in this model! The image looks so real I thought it was a photo.

Thank you, I'm working towards better realism and will hopefully get there.

Thank you much for everything my friend.

The 57 model was a hard act to follow and the 58 probably struggled because of that. The 59 looked a lot more stylish too.
