Description
Yolanda decided to have a portrait done of her "Babies" for the annual Christmas card. She took them to a studio and they all behaved beautifully for the photographer, even the puppy. Now she is sending out her perfect greeting to all her friends.
Lame idea but I just bought Ilona and MadamL's set of Dog pngs and started playing. The photo shoot idea seemed appropriate so I assembled the studio and Christmas props in Poser to use as a background, took them to Photoshop and arranged the dogs. I added the text and holly sprig and voila the Christmas card was done.

I have to tell you, I designed cards for several years (ie, hand made cards for various uses, etc). So I remember a lot about making card images. I'd have never guessed this was a 3D piece! It looks like a studio shot. Fine job on all the elements, and on making it look like a photograph. (Do real dogs look at these and say, "hey, what are we, chopped liver???" You think real dogs would sue?) A great collection of dog faces, with that fu-manchu face upfront, and that long poodle face. (He looks like one of the Munsters!) A delightful holiday card, with a dog in the background resting on a pillow, like an old soldier posing on a stone column. Really well done!
