Description

So why on earth can this be Evening, when the other similar was morning? Because my memory was playing tricks on me. Both are from the evening and I see that now, because of light and shade on the trees. They have the light from west :-P DUH! Well, I am not going to change the other posts title. I actually do have purple or rather pink shots from south east of the house. They are posted long time ago. Have a lovely day/evening. We have had peaceful and sunny weather and not so cold either, so we had light a little longer today :) Thank you for viewing and commenting :)

lol, well I think the site will let you stay...but they'll issue a warning, "Next time, get the time of day right!" This is beautiful, Helle. These purples, and that band of pink-purple, really communicate the "magic" time of day (both sunrise and sunset have it), and the trees are so beautiful against them. Your choice to use a canvas filter to counteract grain has produced a beautiful texture all by itself. It suits the leafy/grainy textures of the leaves. As an old art teacher said, "most of the exquisite hues in nature are from the shortest lived moments---a flower which lives quickly, leaves changing in fall, sunrise, sunset, etc." This is a transitional-time photo of your beautiful home. It's beautiful.

This is beautiful Helle and it could be either morning or evening. I like that canvas effect. 😄

Lovely silhouetting of the foliage against the purple sky, displayed on a canvas base, Helle. Thanks for the idea, I think I'll do some of my stuff on a canvas and/or burlap base.
