Description
Just something that caught my eye outside a shop in Cesky-Krumlov. No idea what that word (name?) means, but it could come in useful if you ever need to find a rhyme for Maserati...

Don't know either, but what a cool display! Maybe it's Polish for housewives' weapons... ;O Great capture!

A challenge to write a limerick in multiple EU languages. I love this photo!

lol, Denise. (You could do some serious damage with those things!) Ok, I looked up the words, and accdg to google translate, they mean, to warm up. (Well, that clears that up!) (In Polish, it means, "on zahrati"---Is that a football song for Eastern Europe? ((As in, "On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, Break right through that line...") I have no idea what that has to do with the rollers, but it just adds to the crazy ambience of this terrific shot. I look forward to your uploads every day---even when I'm not commenting for a while, I look forward to them. You clarify and vivify things so well, I feel I'm seeing the world through new lenses, like someone cleaned my corneas for the first time and I can finally see. This image is one bizarre image, and entertainingly so; but in your clarity, it is alive. And the two wall textures---left and right---are just terrific, as is the texture of the wood, and the hinges, and those (overkill) screws and bolts (ya think you got enough in there, jack?) and the hinge on our right...and then the paper holders, and rollers, and the sign. Total juxtaposition, and you make it a visual poem. Perfect crop too. Look---if it looks like I praise your work too much, I'm truly not: I just find your work to eek out the inner power everywhere, and it's always a party for the eye. Love the image. (Maybe the diacriticals make a difference, but I don't even know where to find that thing over the R...)

the fact that there are various and increasing sizes of rolling pins is a big concern for me.... Great and weird find

Beautiful shot and I wonder why the one has offset handles.
