Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

What a super light you have painted in this very beautiful image. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your eyes, I do hope they come right soon.

The village church sits precariously on the hills amidst a night time battle being fought on all sides of it, in this very cool painting done on a texture of canvas or burlap, Helle. I hope your eye responds to rest and treatment.

I didn't get an ebot for this, but found it in my Activity Feed just now. I"m very glad I did: It's a most unusual hue and darkness for your paintings, and it's quite dramatic. It looks like a storm is about to hit. Dramatic in many ways---the deep dark browns and blacks of the foreground, the deep olive browns behind the church---muddy hues, stormy hues---another mountain layer. The stunning light on the church, suggesting either night lights surround it, or the sun has broken through dark clouds, lighting it and it alone. The hectic strokes of the layer behind the the olive-brown mountains: These are an olive tone as well, but much darker; and they look like tree-covered background mountains, or deep storm clouds. And the clouded sky above that, with eerie light in them, perhaps from lightning or from activity on the earth below. You used very expressive light here---behind the church it looks like something huge is happening behind the building. This has "expressionistic" elements, and it suggests either a dark storm or heavy powers: a very powerful landscape, with slopes rolling down the right side, both craggy and steep; and most unusual among your landscapes; it's very moody and dramatic. I like this a great deal. I don't know if the strokes are part of your filter, but the rushed strokes under the clouds suggest oils or acrylics, and they give the painting a dark energy. Very foreboding and powerful.
I hope your eyes get better, and that your holidays aren't oppressed because of them. I wish you much healing, Helle. Don't worry about being 'short' with comments, your eyes are far more important, for you, and for the rest of us...

Ooh, this is sooo beautiful, Helle. I love the light, that star, and the wonderful mood which is going out of this. You did great in all ways, also by the structure, and the colour of the church. And, my friend, I hope your eye will become better as soon as possible; anyway you are in my mind, then I constantly have in my head to write you. Best wishes for that slow Jacomina

Wow! Something quite different from you, and just as thrilling and inspiring as everything else you do, my friend. This is brilliant!
Sorry to be so late here. I'll be looking at everything, though! SO sorry to hear you're having eye trouble. I hope it's something that will clear up on its own.
