Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

What a delight! And 1975? That's 40 years ago! All pen, I assume; maybe pencil too. Your two branches are delightful little studies, the bigger one has little berries off it, I really like how they reach into space. The one in the upper left---at first I thought it was a volcano, then I realized it's a tree. (I know you have hurricanes, but I reeeeeallly didn't think you had volcanoes.) Lots of birds, and a sea, and boats hidden away in that little landscape---a delight. The duck has strokes I recognize in your work: Concentrated, but also free and fast. The grasses are as fine as the duck. (That's a duck, right? I studied bird song, but I don't know one bird from another. Please don't tell me that's a pelican!) And the bottom one is a gentle landscape with really fine composition, Helle. That would suit a photograph. There, you studied the massing of line and space. Were these all on one sheet, or did you combine them for the upload? They look like they were all on one sheet---I know that well, cramming doodles into every nook and cranny...Delightful, and I hope you post more of your early work. And btw, the reflections in the duck shot are well done, the way you use squiggly lines to show water movement...

Oh, my ... this so reminds me of all my yellowed old drawing books with "ideas" and field work in them. I need to go back and take a look. You have a wonderful piece here.

Outstanding work Helle. God bless.

Love them! Isn't it great to look back at our past work and then maybe do something with them!

Wonderful to see this fine montage of your long ago drawings, Helle. You are most talented. And I think you and Mark are trying to outdo each other in displaying your past line art work.

Wonderful little doodles, so much better than anything I ever drew! Amazing that you still have these...

I have had to revise my definition of "doodle," being here on RR with people who draw. If I had done something so fine as these, you'd never hear the end of it! These are marvelous!
