Description
A teacher and her charges. Where I come from we call this look the 'stink eye'. The children were ready to swarm our group as soon as they saw us but teacher had other plans so I had to settle for this image.

"OK. get a move on little children, all stay together now, when we are crossing the road and stop looking up Celia and you there - yes, you there - put that camera away, before I come and clobber you ... " LOL
(can't you just hear her, using those words ?) LOL
...on a different note, where did I see her before ? ah, yes - it must have been at Walmart (?) a fashionable shopping centre in the US and my those colours really POP ! you would never see a teacher's outfit like that in OZ, they would mean instant dismissal , on the other hand - it makes a 'vibrant' picture Mark !
Cheers BB

You spoke of your group, so I assume we're still in Havana. I love this street shot, first for that woman, who is definitely not thrilled with your presence. Love her gaze. Second, for the kids, with one looking up, and other random expressions that kids always get. (One of them is looking right at you, from behind the bunch---I like that!) Third, for the wall behind them, with the flattened sculpture-- flattened by perspective. Fourth, for the great bottom to the shot---such detail and clarity on those shoes. In fact your colors and details in general are wonderful. Full zoom is a must, and its a wonderful shot, Mark.
Btw, re "Fridge pickers make bigger britches" (I look back every so often to see if people respond to an image, get the details, etc)---besides sounding great, it's a british expression meaning, "people who pick food from the refrigerator all the time wind up with larger underwear". (The original version's a lot better.) I think Andrea's commenting on the size of the clothing in that shot, though I didn't think it was particularly large...
